Le Joly Blanc

Le Joly Blanc 2017

AOC Languedoc

  • White Grenache (50%), Roussanne (50%)
  • Manual harvest
  • Ageing: 8 months in vats
  • Cellaring : 1 to 4 years after harvest
  • Serve between 10°C and 12°C
  • Alc. percentage : 13,5% vol.

Le Joly Blanc is a fresh, easy drinking wine, with aromas of succulent peaches, melon and white flowers, with notes of fresh butter. Its complex nose leads to a smooth, fresh and fruity palate.

Food & Wine pairing: Le Joly Blanc is one of those wines that can be served alongside starter through dessert! As an aperitif, it pairs nicely with smoked salmon or green olive tapenade. For the main course, it would be perfect with a seafood platter or grilled bream. Finally, surprise yourself by trying Le Joly Blanc with a pear mousse for dessert.
